What happens at launch

  1. Distribution contract deployedOwnerless. Destinations fixed: this token's copy wallet, The Board, PlatformBurner.
  2. Token created on the curveMeteora DBC or Pons V2, with the 2% fee pointed at the distribution contract.
  3. Trading account openedPerps: a Hyperliquid account with a trade-only API key. Memes: a fresh wallet that never trades this token.
  4. Trader registeredAddress stored on chain. The copy engine starts at $100 in capital.
  5. Token page liveTrader, positions, performance and distributions visible to everyone.

Creator FAQ

  • Do I earn fees? No. 100% of the 2% is split 65 / 15 / 20 by contract. Creators earn like any holder, from realized profit, in proportion to what they hold.
  • Can I pick a trader without a track record? Yes, any address. Holders see the trader's history on the token page, so the choice is part of the pitch.
  • Can I switch modes later? No. Perps or Memes is fixed for life. The trader can be changed every 24 h.

Change trader

creator only · once per 24 h
Must stay inside the token's mode: a Hyperliquid address for Perps, a wallet or Fomo profile for Memes.
On a change, the treasury closes every open position and starts copying the new trader from scratch. Contributed capital and amounts already paid carry over, so the payment rule is unaffected.

Signature
creator wallet (EIP-712 / Solana message)

Why a signature, not a transaction

The creator signs a message with the wallet that launched the token. The copy engine verifies the signature against the address stored in the distribution contract and records the change on chain in the same cycle. No admin key, no multisig, no team in the loop.

Rules

  • At most one change per 24 hours.
  • Mode cannot change. Perps stays Perps, Memes stays Memes.
  • Every change is listed on the token page and the transparency page.

Mint

Free, one transaction, gas only. Identical rights for every NFT. The mint opens with the official token.

Activate

A cell only fills while the NFT is activated. Activation is paid in $TOPFLOOR and resets on every sale, so the new owner activates again.

Claim

Burn the NFT and the cell is paid to you in ETH. The NFT is gone for good and future fees are split among fewer cells.

Backed floor

Every cell is a real ETH balance in CellVault, an ownerless contract. If an NFT ever trades below its cell, buying it and burning it is a free profit, so the market price cannot sit under the cell for long. The cell is the floor.

20% of every token's fees on both chains, sent to PlatformBurner. Robinhood Chain tokens send ETH directly; Solana tokens accumulate SOL and transfer daily, subject to the 1% rule.

Trigger today's burn

Once a day. The contract buys $TOPFLOOR with the waiting ETH in the fixed ETH pool, capped at 1% of the pool's ETH liquidity and the fixed maximum, and sends everything it bought to 0x…dEaD. Whoever calls it, the result is the same.

What the contract cannot do

  • Send ETH anywhere except the pool.
  • Send tokens anywhere except the dead address.
  • Change the pool, the cap, the median rule or the schedule.
  • Be paused, upgraded or drained by anyone.

Distributable
—
Your payment
—

Formula: distributable = max(0, value − capital − paid). Your payment = distributable × your average share. If the trader is in drawdown, distributable is 0 and nothing is paid until the treasury is back above the water line.

Average balance, not snapshot

Payments are weighted by your average balance across the whole period between two draws, sampled on every block where your balance changed. Buying the day before a draw earns a day's worth of weight, not a full share, and the draw moment itself is unknown until it happens.

Excluded from payments

  • Liquidity pools and bonding curves
  • System contracts (distribution, CellVault, PlatformBurner)
  • Exchange deposit wallets
